There are four committees to help direct association activities and issues. The committees also help coordinate and report issues to our property management company, Premier Communities. Check out each committee's page for the latest news.

The communications committee works closely with other committees and keeps the neighborhood informed via the HOA web site, monthly newsletters, and annual directory

Oversees and contracts for maintenance, pool contractors, landscaping contractors including irrigation, lighting, sidewalks, alleys and annual color. This committee is also responsible for choosing a yard of the month.

This committee often works with the local police department, helps to form a neighborhood watch, and informs the neighborhood of any safety concerns.

This committee initiates and organizes social events for the community; holiday parties, community barbeques, pool socials, card clubs, etc.
